Nicholas Young, a specialist medical negligence solicitor at JMW, is representing Roger Kirman, a haemophiliac who was given the wrong blood clotting medication at Manchester Royal Infirmary. Roger, who was also a victim of the NHS infected blood scandal of the 1970s and 80s says the error has caused him mobility problems. The hospital trust has admitted the error following JMW's intervention but denies that it has caused Roger ongoing problems.
