Melissa Gardner, a partner specialising in cerebral palsy caused by medical errors, has helped a boy with severe lifelong disabilities due to poor care as a newborn to secure £13 million in compensation. The money will enable him to access the 24-hour care he will require for the rest of his life and to move into an adapted house.
