Adam joined JMW in September 2021 as a Trainee Solicitor. He completed his training contract with JMW and qualified into the commercial real estate team in 2023, having previously worked in insurance for an international law firm in Manchester and having been seconded to work in-house for two major insurance companies.
Adam provides a range of services across all aspects of freehold and leasehold commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, portfolio management and landlord and tenant work on behalf of a wide variety of retail, investment and developer clients. He also regularly undertakes corporate support work.
He acts for a wide range clients from smaller, property investment and developer businesses to well-known, household retailers.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys following his beloved Everton FC and St. Helens RFC as well as music, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
