Alex-Faye joined JMW in January 2026, having previously worked at an international law firm where she specialised in transactional real estate within the health, social care, and education sectors.
Her experience includes acting for public and private sector clients in the acquisition and development of high-value, strategic pieces of land and property investment work, including SIPP and SASS matters and Landlord and Tenant work.
Alex-Faye advises on development schemes in the industrial and logistics, mixed-use, and residential development sectors.
Prior to qualification, Alex-Faye studied at the University of Manchester, graduating in 2016 with First Class Honours. She also holds a Master's in Healthcare, Ethics, and the Law. Following completion of her studies, Alex-Faye trained at a regional law firm where she qualified as a Commercial Property solicitor, dealing with all aspects of commercial property law.
Throughout her career, Alex-Faye has acted for a wealth of clients, including SME’s, individuals, trustees, national retailers and pest control businesses, NHS foundation trusts, local authorities, General Practitioners, and charities.
