Alice joined JMW in March 2023 as a Paralegal in the Court of Protection team. She commenced her Training Contract with the firm in September 2025.
Alice graduated from Loughborough University in 2017 with a degree in English Language and Literature. Alice went on to graduate from the University of Central Lancashire with a Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course with an LLM in Legal Practice, obtaining a Distinction in both.
Prior to joining JMW, Alice worked as a Court of Protection paralegal at a high street firm in Lancashire.
Alice has experience in a wide range of Court of Protection matters including:
- Health and Welfare matters including Deprivation of Liberty
- Professional deputyship financial management
- Financial abuse investigations
- Care funding
Alice has experience working with a varied range of clients including adults with chronic mental illnesses and elderly clients with dementia.
Outside of work Alice enjoys playing netball, going to concerts, travelling and spending plenty time with family including Springer Spaniel, Flo.
