Alice joined JMW in March 2023 as a Paralegal in the Court of Protection team. She commenced her Training Contract with the firm in September 2025.

Alice graduated from Loughborough University in 2017 with a degree in English Language and Literature. Alice went on to graduate from the University of Central Lancashire with a Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course with an LLM in Legal Practice, obtaining a Distinction in both.

Prior to joining JMW, Alice worked as a Court of Protection paralegal at a high street firm in Lancashire.

Alice has experience in a wide range of Court of Protection and Health and Welfare matters, including:

  • Deprivation of Liberty
  • Professional deputyship financial management
  • Financial abuse investigations
  • Care funding

Alice has experience working with a varied range of clients, including adults with chronic mental illnesses and elderly clients with dementia.
