Alicia joined JMW in May 2024 and commenced her training contract in September 2025 as an Apprentice Solicitor. She is currently undertaking her first seat in the ELPL department. Alicia completed her Law Degree part-time at Manchester Metropolitan University, alongside assisting senior colleagues on medical negligence and catastrophic injury matters, developing her practical legal skills.
Before joining JMW, Alicia gained experience as a paralegal in clinical negligence and worked as a Personal Assistant within both a law firm and the Police, building strong organisational and client focussed abilities.
Outside of work, Alicia enjoys playing netball, travelling with her partner Harry, and spending time with her cat Milo.
