Alisha joined JMW in March 2025 as a Paralegal in the Real Estate Finance team supporting one of the Partner’s within the team and thereafter commenced her Training Contract in September 2026 for Qualification as a Solicitor.
Alisha has experience acting on purchases, sales and remortgages in connection with bridging finance and buy-to-let lending. Alisha is also experienced in managing transactions on both a joint representation and separate representation basis, with exposure to acting for large lenders and borrowers (both companies and individuals) throughout the transaction lifecycle.
