Charlie Bellamy is a Solicitor in Manchester's Real Estate Residential team.

Charlie acts for Property Investors on a broad range of specialist Property deals ranging from BTL property transactions, mixed use transactions and more complex matters including grants of leases and transfers of part.

Charlie graduated from the University of Nottingham with a 2:1 law degree. He then went on to study the LPC at BPP University, achieving a distinction before completing his training contract at JMW and qualifying as a Solicitor in 2024.

Outside of work, Charlie enjoys watching football and socialising with friends. He is a keen hiker, spending a lot of time in the Lake District, and this has seen him climb Mount Kilimanjaro in aid of Action Against Hunger.
