Chloe joined JMW in July 2021 as a paralegal in the Clinical Negligence department. She started her Training Contract in September 2023.
Chloe graduated from the University of Law, Chester, with a 2:1 Law degree. She went on to study the LPC with Masters in Manchester, achieving a Distinction grade.
Chloe assists Sally Leonards and Melissa Gardner (Partners) on high-value clinical negligence work, including complex brain and spinal injury cases. Whilst working in the Clinical Negligence department, Chloe has assisted on numerous multi-million-pound settlements.
Prior to joining JMW, Chloe worked at a Defendant firm in Liverpool, where she assisted on high value clinical negligence claims and attended client secondment with a specialist maternity NHS Trust. Chloe also had her own caseload, dealing with a wide range of clinical negligence matters including orthopaedics, pressure sores and delayed diagnosis of cancer.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys reading, travelling and getting involved in charity work. Chloe was a part of the Manchester Trainee Solicitor Group (MTSG) committee between September 2021 and September 2023. During her time as Charity Director, she organised various charitable activities which raised approximately £19,700 for We Love MCR Charity.
