Cin-Yee joined JMW in September 2024 as a Trainee Solicitor in the London office and is set to qualify as a Solicitor in the Employment department in September 2026. Having had a range of experience before joining the Employment department, including work involving corporate entities, individuals, and employers, Cin-Yee can approach matters with both individuals’ and employers’ interests in mind.
Cin-Yee assists on a wide range of employment law matters involving both employers and employees, dealing with complex and sensitive matters such as:
- discrimination based on gender, race, neurodiversity or disability;
- managing employees with long-term illness or mental health concerns;
- whistleblowing claims; and
- grievance procedures.
Cin-Yee has also assisted on various contentious matters in the Employment Tribunal involving similarly sensitive matters for a range of clients, including employers in the pharmaceutical and motoring sectors
