Danielle joined JMW in August 2024 as Finance and Operations Manager in the Court of Protection team. She brings over a decade of experience in Court of Protection practice and professional deputyship, including as a Trust Corporation Director. Danielle completed her law degree at the University of Liverpool and qualified as a solicitor in April 2014.
Her expertise covers the management of deputyship and personal injury trust cases, Court of Protection applications (including statutory wills, gifts, and ACC/ORS matters), expert witness reports, and supporting lay deputies. She also leads on operational delivery, systems, and process improvement within the department.
