Ellie Dales

Ellie joined the firm as a paralegal in October 2022 after graduating from the University of Leeds with an Honours in Law. She worked in our Business Crime and Regulation department for two years whilst studying part-time to complete her Legal Practice Course with integrated masters. In this role she worked on high value, complex financial crime, crypto and fraud cases.

Ellie went on to secure a training contract with the firm. In September 2025, she transitioned into her trainee solicitor role. Ellie has completed a seat in Clinical Negligence, Commercial Road Transport and is currently sitting in our Commercial Litigation team. Ellie is due to complete her training contract in September 2027.

Outside of work, Ellie enjoys keeping active and spending time between Manchester and her hometown in the North East visiting friends and family, and going for long walks with her family dogs, Walter (Labrador) and Tim (Jack Russell).
