Georgia joined JMW in 2022 in the Business Crime & Regulatory department. Georgia has extensive experience across general & financial crime including murders, firearms, terrorism, fraud, Account Freezing Orders, Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA), motoring, sexual offences & more.
In addition, Georgia has experience across various regulatory areas involving the General Dental Council, General Medical Council, Nursing and Midwifery Council, Social Work England, Advertising Standards Authority & more. Georgia is the introducer of Aesthetics in the Regulatory department, an area she anticipates will grow across the firm in both Manchester and London taking advantage of the increasing regulations and growing need for legal input across the market.
Georgia is currently working across the London & Manchester office as part of her training contract having completed seats in Real Estate and Risk & Compliance.
Georgia has previously completed several work placements at Mischon De Reya LLP in Commercial Real Estate & Finance and Sport. Georgia previously worked for FMG/Pitch, a wealth management agency offering services to high profile sports players largely within the premier league in addition to boxers, golfers, rugby players, tennis players and more.
