India joined the Court of Protection Department at JMW in February 2024.
India has a wide range of experience and has specialised in high value Medical Negligence claims, many relating to birth injury, since the start of her legal career. Since returning from maternity leave, India has started in a new practice area, Court of Protection, where her medical negligence knowledge is invaluable.
After graduating from the University of Chester, she went on to complete her LPC at the University of Law, London, and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2020. India joined the Medical Negligence team at Hilary Meredith Solicitors in October 2020.
Outside of work India is kept busy with her one year old daughter, horse riding and running. She also enjoys family ski holidays and travelling.
