James is currently a Solicitor at JMW in the Real Estate Finance department.
Before starting his Training Contract, James spent 6 months in the Business Crime and Regulation Department as a Paralegal. James then graduated from Manchester University with a History Degree in June 2020 before then completing the GDL and LPC at BPP University in Manchester in 2023.
James acts for lenders in a range of property transactions, including secured lending to companies and individuals, and dealing with redemptions of existing loans.
