Jane joined JMW in July 2024 as a Solicitor in the Commercial Real Estate department.

Jane has experience in a range of Commercial Real Estate matters including the following:

• Grant of new Leases, Lease renewals, Contracts, Rent Deposit Deeds and assignments for both purchases and sales on behalf of landlords and tenants.
• Surrender of Leases, Licence for Alterations and Deed of Variations.
• Mixed-use purchases and sales for freehold and leasehold properties, such as restaurant/takeaway shops with residential accommodation.
• Side letters for landlord’s and tenant’s for example, in relation to the non-disclosure of discounted annual rental income.
• Asset Purchase Agreements for individuals and companies.

Jane graduated from the University of Kent with a degree in Law and gained a Distinction upon completing the LPC at the University of Law in London. Jane completed her training prior to qualification in 2022 at a boutique law firm in North London.

Outside of work, Jane enjoys travelling with friends and family and likes to go to the gym. She is also fluent in Albanian.
