As an Associate and dedicated remortgage fee earner, Joseph regularly encounters a variety of matters. The remortgage team advise lenders, borrowers and intermediaries on a wide range of transactions including refinances, transfers of equity, title splits and incorporation of properties to limited companies. There is a clear focus on providing quality service, committing to deliver the best client experience.

Joining JMW in August 2019 as a Post-Completion Assistant, Joe has worked up through the firm, becoming an Associate in May 2025.

Away from work, Joe is a Manchester City season ticket holder and has recently taken up golf (however frustrating this may be).
