Kassim Anwar joined JMW in November 2021 as a Paralegal in the Real Estate Finance department and commenced his Training Contract with the firm in September 2025.
Kassim has experience across a broad range of Real Estate Finance matters, regularly assisting on transactions involving purchases, remortgages, leasehold properties, transfers of part, bridging finance, and buy-to-let mortgages. He works closely with fee earners to support the delivery of efficient and commercially focused solutions for clients.
Kassim graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with a 2:1 in Law and subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the same institution, achieving a Commendation. Throughout his studies, he was actively involved in charitable initiatives and represented the university’s football team.
