Katie is a Partner in JMW’s Family Law team, advising clients on all aspects of relationship breakdown, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, private children matters and disputes involving unmarried couples. She acts for a wide range of clients, from those with more modest asset bases to high-net-worth individuals, tailoring her advice to each client’s circumstances and objectives.
Katie has developed a keen interest in pre and post-nuptial agreements; advising clients on the preparation, negotiation and implementation of these agreements designed to provide clarity and security in the event of a relationship breakdown.
Katie also has a particular interest in cases involving undisclosed assets, helping clients navigate situations where transparency is in question and ensuring they have the information they need to achieve a fair outcome.
