Kim joined JMW's Commercial Litigation department as an Associate in May 2025.
Kim has a wide range of experience in commercial & finance litigation, including:
- contractual claims;
- debt recovery;
- professional negligence claims;
- shareholder disputes; and
- fraud and misrepresentation.
Kim is able to provide commercially minded advice, having had extensive experience in process improvement and implementing efficient ways of working.
Prior to joining JMW, Kim worked at DWF for 10 years. Whilst there, Kim developed and managed teams of paralegals before qualifying as a solicitor in the firm’s finance litigation department. Kim supported several junior colleagues in developing their careers and is passionate about nurturing talent.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys supporting her children in their extra-curricular endeavours, including making dance costumes for her daughter and being a golf caddy for her son.
