Lisa is a client relationship specialist with 20 years’ experience of leading Global and UK initiatives across businesses to deliver growth of client revenue, embed clients within firms and ensure exemplar client service.
She works closely with lawyers and clients to achieve results using a number of methodologies including Executive Coaching. Lisa enjoys building, leading and mentoring teams of Client Relationship Managers both to excel in client related work and instil commercial acumen.
Lisa’s first role was a Senior Crown Prosecutor before moving into the field of Client Development. She has held senior positions in several law firms. Most recently, as Client Relationship Director at Mishcon de Reya. Previously, she held the same positions at Taylor Vinters, working with fast growth businesses. In 2019, she was Global Head of Clients at DWF as the business completed its IPO.
Lisa is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and an ICF approved Executive Coach. She is also a qualified lawyer (now non-practising).
