Liz Fletcher is an Associate in Manchester's Personal Injury team.

She currently deals with the whole range of employers liability claims up to a high level of complexity in terms of both the technical liability issues and nature of injuries sustained. She also has vast experience in all public and product liability cases as well as criminal injury compensation claims.

Liz obtained a law degree and masters from the University of Leeds before completing her Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. A proportion of her training contract involved working with the Health & Safety Executive as their agent for prosecutions which is how her profound interest in workplace safety really came about. She qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and joined JMW in March 2015 in a supervisory role.

Outside of work, Liz is an experienced skydiver with over 1,100 jumps. She is a qualified formation skydiving coach and has previously been part of her local club’s camera flying team. Liz has more recently got back into horses and owns a young Irish sports horse she has recently started to compete.
