Lucy is currently a Trainee Solicitor at JMW.
Prior to commencing her training contract, Lucy was a paralegal in the Court of Protection department for 12 months. During which, Lucy expanded her knowledge by working on a range of matters including lay deputyships, professional deputyships, litigation support and trustee matters.
Lucy graduated from Newcastle University with a 1st. She then remained in Newcastle to study the LPC, obtaining a distinction.
After finishing her studies, Lucy was an au-pair and English teacher in Rome before volunteering in Costa Rica. Outside of work, Lucy is normally cooking, doing Pilates, travelling, or attempting to hit a ball in JMW’s Women's and Non-Binary football team.
