Lynda has over 15 years' experience in Court of Protection work, advising and supporting clients in matters relating to property and affairs. Lynda works alongside the appointed Deputy, assisting with all aspects of managing the financial affairs of vulnerable clients who lack capacity to manage their own property and finances. She has experience working with a wide range of clients, including children and adults with acquired brain injuries, elderly clients with dementia, and claimants who lack capacity in pre-settlement catastrophic injury litigation, including management of interim payments.
Lynda is a Dementia Friend with the Alzheimer's Society and committed to supporting clients living with dementia and their families with empathy and understanding.
