Mahak joined the London Real Estate Commercial Team in March 2023. Her areas of specialism are:
- Commercial Real Estate matters such as acquisitions, disposals, new leases and refinancing of commercial premises such as office blocks, shops and retail units.
- Residential matters such as lease extensions, adverse possession claims, property management licences and first registrations.
Mahak graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2012 with a degree in Politics and International Relations and then completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law Moorgate. Mahak qualified as a Solicitor in 2018 and has worked within the Real Estate sector since.
