Majid joined JMW as a Partner in the Real Estate Commercial department in December 2015.
He specialises in all types of Real Estate Commercial work including Landlord & Tenant, Commercial and Residential Development and acquisition and disposals of Commercial Real Estate, conditional contracts and options.
Majid has acted for national and small to medium house builders in the acquisition, site assembly and disposals of residential developments.
Having worked in-house at Persimmon Plc he has gained invaluable experience in the workings of one of the largest house builders in England and is able to provide commercial and pragmatic advice to his clients based on their circumstances.
Majid graduated from the University of Hull in 2001 and completed his LPC at the College of Law in Chester in 2002. He trained and qualified at North Ainley Solicitors in Oldham before moving to Persimmon Plc as an in-house solicitor. In 2008 he moved to Molesworths Bright Clegg in Rochdale before returning to North Ainley for 2 years in 2013.
