Mark joined JMW in 2021 as a post-completion assistant in the Real Estate Residential Department before completing her training contract with JMW, which included time spent in business crime & regulation, restructuring & insolvency, and commercial litigation departments.
Mark qualified as a Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation department in September 2025.
Mark has a wide range of experience in commercial disputes, including:

• Disputes regarding breach of warranties post-sale & acquisition of a business
