Max joined JMW in January 2021 as a paralegal in the Private Wealth (Disputes) team. Max qualified into the team following the completion of his training contract in September 2024.

Max’s paralegal experience has given him a strong foundation and he is able to offer specialist advice on a wide range of claims, including:

• Will validity challenges;
• Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act 1975;
• Executor, trustee and trust disputes;
• Funeral disputes; and
• Court of Protection disputes, including attorney or deputy investigations.

Max graduated from university in 2013 with a 2:1 law degree before completing his LPC in Manchester and attaining a distinction.

Away from work, Max enjoys all things sports related, particularly golf and football. Max is also a keen climber when the time permits.
