Mike joined JMW as a paralegal in the Personal Injury team in July 2024 specialising in cross-border litigation. He also assists on high-value catastrophic cases and has a passion for sports-related injuries. He began his SQE Solicitor Apprenticeship with JMW in September 2025.

Mike has background experience in legal recruitment, and prior to joining JMW worked as a paralegal with a competitor-firm based in Manchester.

He read Law LLB at the University of Nottingham and held various student council roles including Vice-President of the Law Society and Editor of the Law School magazine. He graduated in the Summer of 2023.

Mike is a keen sportsman who captains and administrates a local grass-roots football team based in Withington. He also enjoys playing golf, cricket, and long-distance running. A proud Stopfordian; outside of sport you’ll find Mike spending quality time with friends and family around the Stockport area.
