Niamh joined JMW in February 2024 as a Solicitor in the Family Department.
Niamh has experience in a wide range of Family Law matters including:
- Divorce and separation;
- Financial remedy upon divorce;
- Disputes and negotiation in respect of the arrangements for children; and
- Applications for non-molestation and occupation orders.
Niamh graduated from the University of Warwick with a first-class degree in Law and gained a Distinction upon completing the LPC at the University of Law in Birmingham. Upon qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2023, Niamh worked in a boutique family law firm specialising in high net worth financial matters.
Outside of work, Niamh enjoys going to see live music, reading, and supporting her local team, Port Vale.
