Olivia is currently an Apprentice Solicitor at JMW Solicitors LLP.

Olivia joined JMW in 2019 as a Secretary in the Court of Protection department where she completed her Cilex Level 3 qualification.

Olivia commenced her training contract in September 2025 and will remain in the Court of Protection team. Olivia assists with the litigated deputyship and trust matters, working with clients who have settlements from a claim arising due to Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury. 

Prior to working at JMW, Olivia worked at a boutique law firm as a Secretary in the Personal Injury Team.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys travelling, walks with her Beagle and attending Downhill Mountain Biking race events.
