Rachel joined JMW’s Personal Injury Department in August 2025, and works in the Catastrophic Injury Team.
She previously spent 14 years at a leading Personal Injury firm representing seriously injured claimants.
She works predominantly on personal injury cases involving cyclists, motorcyclists and pedestrians who have been involved in serious road traffic collisions.
She works on a range of complex and life changing injury claims including brain and spinal injury, amputation, serious orthopaedic injury and fatal accident cases.
Rachel works with charities including the Spinal Injuries Association, Day One Trauma Support and the Child Brain Injury Trust. She has undertaken a number of fundraising events such as hiking the Yorkshire 3 Peaks and many long-distance cycling challenges.
Rachel is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and is an APIL Accredited Litigator.
