Rebecca is a Solicitor in the Corporate Department and joined JMW in September 2022.
Rebecca regularly acts for companies, management teams, shareholders and investors across a wide range of industry sectors. She specialises in corporate acquisitions and disposals, management buy-out and buy-ins, intra-group reorganisations, employee ownership trusts and debt and equity financing.
Rebecca studied law at Sheffield University and graduated in 2016 after also completing a year abroad in Uppsala, Sweden. She then went on to study the LPC at the University of Law and completed her training contract in Leeds.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys going out for food in Manchester and playing netball. She also enjoys travelling to new places and returning home to the Lake District to see her family.
