Rebecca joined JMW in March 2024 as an Associate in the Court of Protection Department, in Manchester.
Rebecca has experience in the following areas:
- Managing finances for people who have lost capacity due to injuries caused by Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence.
- Working closely with the client and their families to build trusting relationships.
- Assisting clients with purchasing property and adaptations, to meet specific needs.
- Seeking advice from Investment Advisors to ensure effective management of the client’s funds.
- Liaising with care teams, case managers and therapists on the client’s behalf.
Before joining JMW, Rebecca has worked as a Court of Protection Senior Paralegal for over 12 years.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with family and going to the gym.
