Ruby Niaz

Ruby joined JMW in January 2025 as part of the Real Estate Finance team in Manchester.

Ruby qualified as a Solicitor in 2024 and specialised in Residential Conveyancing. Ruby graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with a degree in Law and then studied her Masters and LPC at the University of Law in Manchester.

Ruby is now dealing with Real Estate Finance transactions where she acts on behalf of Lenders and Companies.
