Samantha has extensive experience of providing advice and assistance to a wide range of clients, including high net worth individuals, those with complex family relationships and vulnerable clients. She advises on the following:
- Preparation and advice in relation to Will structure and succession planning
- Inheritance tax advice and estate planning
- Creation, administration and tax implications of a wide variety of trusts, including IHT efficient trusts and personal injury trusts
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Probate and estate administration
Samantha obtained her law degree from University College London and has been working in private client law for 10 years, qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2018. She is also an accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers – a specialist legal professional supporting vulnerable and older people.
Samantha has two daughters that keep her busy. Inspired by her eldest daughter who is pursuing a career in computer science, in her spare time Samantha has been trying her hand at programming. Away from her screen, Samantha also enjoys cooking and entertaining.
