Sarah joined JMW in 2024 as a Solicitor in the Private Wealth Disputes team. She specialises in a range of will and trust dispute matters, including:

• Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975;
• Will validity challenges;
• Disputes relating to the administration of estates;
• Trust disputes.

Sarah graduated with a first class Masters in Law from the University of Central Lancashire and qualified as a Solicitor in 2023, having spent around 3 years already working in the contentious probate specialism and with a background in litigation.

Outside of work she enjoys the gym, trying out new restaurants and recipes, long walks with her dog, and the cinema.
