Scarlett joined JMW in January 2022 as an Associate in the Residential Real Estate Department.
Scarlett has experience in a wide range of Conveyancing matters including:
- Freehold transactions, including both houses and flats
- Leasehold transactions, including both houses and flats
- New Build property transactions, including both houses and flats
- Shared Ownership sales and purchases, including dealing with help to buy.
- Buy to Let transactions
- Adverse possession applications
- Land acquisitions
- Lease extensions
Prior to joining JMW, Scarlett worked as a Conveyancer within a high street legal firm based in Stockport. Scarlett’s career in Law began in 2015, she has studied alongside her career, completing a CiLEX Diploma in Law and Property, before then moving on to study to complete the Chartered Licensed Conveyancers Course.
Outside of work, Scarlett enjoys going to gigs, hiking with her dog Millie, yoga and reading.
