Shaun joined JMW in the Real Estate Finance team in April 2019. Prior to that Shaun had close to a decade of experience conducting similar work as well as having a previous history of litigating on mortgage repossession cases.

Shaun is experienced in both Residential and Commercial property transactions acting predominantly for lenders, with particular experience in:

• Secured lending to both companies and individuals
• Development lending
• Secured lending against property portfolios
• Cross-charge lending
• Redeeming existing and providing further loan advances

Shaun's main role includes advising lenders in respect of their security relating to purchases, refinances and development, secured over a wide range of commercial and residential property.

Shaun is a graduate of the University of Salford.

Outside of the office Shaun likes to spend time with his family and enjoys long distance running as well as playing and watching football.
