Steven has specialised in the field of clinical negligence since qualifying as a solicitor in 2008. Originally from Gateshead, Steven completed a Law Degree at Manchester University and the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the College of Law, Chester.
Steven’s caseload is now primarily made up of spinal injury and adult and child brain injury claims. He has extensive expertise in spinal injury cases, and he secured a settlement of £1.95 million for a woman whose life was devastated by cauda equina syndrome failures that left her with permanent bowel, bladder, and sexual dysfunction.
Steven has also secured more than £7 million for a man who was left wheelchair dependant after a hospital failed to adequately report the findings of scans showing he required urgent treatment
