Tom joined JMW Solicitors in December 2018, initially working within the Real Estate Residential team before moving to the Real Estate Finance team in January 2020.
With over 20 years of experience in the property sector, Tom specialises in all aspects of refinance transactions, acting for both lenders and private clients. He has extensive experience managing a wide range of refinance matters and is known for providing practical, straightforward advice, ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently and with a proactive approach from instruction through to completion.
Tom prides himself on delivering a responsive and personable service, taking the time to understand each client’s objectives, and guiding them through the process with clear communication. His commitment to providing an efficient and seamless service has resulted in many clients returning to instruct him again and recommending him to friends, family, and colleagues.
Before joining JMW, Tom was Remortgage Conveyancing Manager at Premier Property Lawyers, where he played a key role in the continued growth and development of the firm’s remortgage teams. Prior to this, he built a strong foundation in property law at O’Neill Patient LLP and Halliwells/HL Interactive LLP, gaining a broad experience across residential conveyancing and secured lending.
