Victoria joined JMW in November 2020 as HR Director.
Victoria has circa. 25 years of generalist HR experience, with expertise across the key specialist areas including:
- Employee Engagement;
- Employee Relations;
- Diversity and Inclusion;
- Learning & Development;
- Organisation Development & Design;
- People Analytics;
- Resourcing;
- Reward; and
- Talent Management.
Victoria has worked in HR across a range of sectors including Financial Services, Social Care, Further Education and Legal (Pannone which was then acquired by Slater & Gordon and DWF).
