Vipal qualified as a solicitor in 2015 and is an associate in the JMW London Real Estate Finance team, having joined the firm in May 2023.
Vipal has diverse expertise in real estate law, encompassing a wide array of transactional experiences, including:
- Secured Lending.
- General commercial real estate – acting in refinances, acquisitions, and disposals across various asset classes.
- Development site acquisitions and disposals.
- New build acquisitions and disposals.
- Landlord and Tenant Act – representing both landlord and tenants.
In a unique professional detour in the early stages of COVID, Vipal spent two years contributing to the expanding field of Legal-Tech. During this period, Vipal played a key role in the early development stages of an innovative automated real estate due diligence tool. This experience helped to broaden Vipal’s legal skills and provided a deeper understanding of technological applications in legal processes.
Away from the office, Vipal dedicates time to family, Arsenal Football Club, and embraces the joys of food and travel, seeking new experiences and cultures whenever possible.
