Daniel Adcock-Kirsh

Job Title: Solicitor

Location: Manchester

Commercial Litigation

Daniel has experience dealing with a range of contentious matters, including:

  • Breach of Contract claims;
  • Litigated and non-litigated Debt Recovery; and
  • Company and personal insolvency claims.

Daniel attended the University of Law, Manchester where he studied for the Graduate Diploma in Law in 2009-2010, and completed the Legal Practice Course with a qualifying law degree in 2012.

He worked initially as a Paralegal for Stripes Solicitors based in Manchester immediately after his LPC, going on to complete his training contract there in 2015. His training incorporated Personal Injury, Debt Recovery and Commercial Litigation matters.

Prior to working in Law, he operated his own business providing off-site data and document management to a range of businesses from local government organisations to local solicitors and accountancy firms. Managing his own business has given him a valuable insight into the requirements and expectations of start-up businesses and SME’s, not least the need for a cost-efficient service.

Daniel enjoys participating in and watching many sports, including football, outdoor swimming, running, golf (poorly) and can usually be found on Sunday mornings playing in the Cheshire Veterans Football League alongside a number of JMW colleagues.

He is also a keen reader and takes an interest in subjects as diverse as political histories to surrealism (and as of late 2015, parenting guides).
