Helen joined the firm as a Partner in the Real Estate team (Construction) in March 2020. She deals predominantly with contentious construction and engineering disputes – acting on behalf of contractors, sub- contractors, suppliers and the professional team in relation to dispute avoidance and dispute resolution.
Helen has a particular interest in adjudication but also acts and advises clients in litigation and other forms of ADR; including mediation, arbitration, expert determination and ENE.
