Thomas joined JMW in 2013 and has assisted in the significant growth of JMW’s Real Estate offering whilst continuing to build his reputation and client base. He heads the Real Estate Commercial department and is a Board member of JMW.
He is a firm believer in the power of making worthwhile connections and seeking to understand how best to link these people to create new opportunities for both established clients, contacts and referrers alike.

Thomas specialises in Real Estate Development in the following sectors:
- Healthcare; care homes, medical centres and assisted living (including turnkey developments)
- Residential; new build houses and apartments, BTR, PBSA, site assembly, social & affordable housing, student development and permitted development conversions
- Specialist care;
- Retail; Convenience stores and Petrol fuelling stations
Thomas acts for developers who source, design, fund and contract innovative residential, primary healthcare and nursing home developments throughout the UK and other healthcare developers. He also has significant experience in acting on the operator's side on healthcare schemes. To date, he has advised on new-build care-home projects to create more than 3,500 new residential care beds across the UK.
Thomas has expertise in acting in the recruitment sector, assisting with new office projects and investment acquisitions.
In the investment market, Thomas acts for a variety of clients on their portfolios in the Office, industrial, hospitality and retail sectors.
Thomas is the JMW Signature Partner for Real Estate, acting for UHNW and Family Offices, including clients headquartered in the Far East and offshore (Guernsey, Jersey and Isle of Man) investors who acquire Real estate assets and regularly attends the Crown Dependencies, speaking at STEP and other events.
With his long-standing clients, Thomas has forged a quasi 'in-house role', maintaining strong working relationships with the key decision makers in the businesses.
Thomas has been a key player in JMW’s continued expansion, having project managed new offices in Manchester as well as JMW’s Liverpool and London office projects, giving him a good empathy of being client side and the demands of delivering a project on budget and to a deadline. Delivering and project managing for JMW in the last 8 years design and fit outs of over 85,000 ft sq of new office space for the firm’s continued expansion, and is currently working on JMW’s new HQ project in Manchester.
Thomas was educated and grew up in Guernsey. He speaks fluent French and has a French Law qualification from Bordeaux University.
Outside of work, Thomas is a father of five, enjoys cooking and baking and is a keen sportsman: rugby, padel and golf. He also enjoys getting out on his paddle, wingfoil or wake boards whenever time permits to learn and perfect new aerial tricks!
