Tom joined JMW in 2015. His practice encompasses a wide range of work: investment, property management, development, tenant work and funding arrangements, whether public or private sector.
Tom’s recent work includes:
- Forward funding of several build to rent developments, with accompanying public sector funding agreements.
- Advising Tattu restaurants on their venues in Leeds, Birmingham and Soho.
- Advising Scottish eyewear brand Iolla on their English stores.
- Heavy portfolio management for a well-known property trader / investor.
- Advising a luxury housing developer on various developments in Cheshire’s ‘golden triangle’.
- Subject to planning acquisition of sites for two prospective residential towers in Salford for Silverlane Developments Limited.
- Oldham Borough Council on the ongoing redevelopment of its Hollinwood district.
- Promotion Agreements and Options for various landowners in Cheshire.
Like seemingly half the solicitors in Greater Manchester, Tom lives in Altrincham. His golf has been described as “surprisingly efficient”.
