JMW advise Tattu on their Second Site

A team at JMW Solicitors LLP, led by Real Estate Commercial Partner Tom Cressey, has advised Manchester-based restaurant and bar Tattu on its second site in Leeds.

Tattu will take a significant new lease on a site in the heart of the main bar district in Leeds, at the Minerva Building on East Parade, at the end of Greek Street. This second restaurant for Tattu, following on from their first in Spinningfields in Manchester, will see them providing 180 covers in the 5,500 square foot ground floor unit.

Tattu serves contemporary Chinese cuisine and the Leeds site will bring a new unique offering to the city with Tattu’s conceptual design, inspired by body art.

Adam Jones, owner and Managing Director of Tattu said:

“JMW made this procurement a smooth and enjoyable process. The team’s approach was fantastic and all parties involved, including our landlord, were pleased with the outcome. We are looking forward to getting on-site in the New Year and creating a new and exciting Tattu for Leeds.”

Tom Cressey commented:

We at JMW were delighted to work with Tattu. The Manchester venue is fantastic so we are all very excited to see what they will do in Leeds.
