Kimberley Peet


Clinical Negligence

Kimberley Peet is a solicitor in the Clinical Negligence department and as well as managing her own caseload provides support to head of department and partner Eddie Jones and partner Angharad Hughes. 

Kimberley works on a wide range of clinical negligence cases where avoidable injury has been caused to patients due to mistakes made in hospitals, GP surgeries and other healthcare organisations. Kimberley completed a law degree at Sheffield University and went on to study the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the College of Law in Manchester. While studying for her LPC she volunteered for the National Centre for Domestic Violence and provided to support to vulnerable victims of domestic abuse.

Before qualifying as a solicitor at JMW, Kimberley worked as a paralegal in the clinical negligence team so has extensive experience of claimant clinical negligence work. In her spare time Kimberley enjoys reading, swimming and attending gigs and music festivals.
