Toys 'R' Us Administration Announcement

JMW’s Employment Law team urges Toys ‘R’ Us employees to get in touch following the company’s recent administration announcement. Affected employees of the long established toy retailer are invited to contact the team to discuss their current situation and find out more about the options available to them.

The once popular and successful toy company, established in 1985, confirmed the appointment of administrators on 28 February 2018 after a period of turbulent trading. The administration of the company puts over 3000 jobs at risk.

JMW is here to assist affected employees of Toys ‘R’ Us, and its legal team can offer advice on employee rights and what options may available to staff. We can also explain what steps should be taken following the announcement, having previously represented employees of insolvent companies such as JJB Sports Plc, CityLink and GHA Coaches.

JMW’s Employment team, says:

“Our solicitors are here to provide support to all affected employees of Toys ‘R’ Us during this difficult time, to make sure their fundamental rights have not been ignored. The administration process can be extremely stressful and we are on hand to advise and assist employees to ensure all rightful legal entitlements are recovered.”

If you are an employee of Toys ‘R’ Us, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our Employment Law team to discuss your next move. We are here to help, contact us on 0345 241 2663 or alternatively send an email to toysrus@jmw.co.uk for more information.
